Mike Flahaven is your certified senior housing professional. 

Partnered with EXP Realty in Orange, Osceola, Seminole and the eastern part of Lake county, Mike’s passion for real estate feeds his drive to guide Central Florida seniors in their downsizing journey and connect them with trusted resources/services to navigate the process of transitioning into the next phase of life. 

Founder of the Smarter Senior Seminar Series – an in-person seminar at four Orange County libraries since 2017 – Mike made it a goal to Protect, Inform and Educate (PIE) seniors about the importance of being proactive (as opposed to reactive) as they age. Seminar topics include everything from home-buying and -selling to retirement, healthcare planning and beyond.  And in 2019, he expanded his series to include “Downsizing for Seniors,” taking place at multiple Orange County Library locations. 

In addition to helping seniors navigate their transition and find their next dream home, Mike has dedicated nearly a decade to Meals on Wheels by delivering food to seniors in need throughout Orange county.
